Just before waking up from sleep our astral body seems to be activated for a second or two and we see the astral beings who are near to us. Some attribute this phenomena as extension of dream. But this occurs for few seconds only and it is very clear than a dream and we can remember it very well and hence it cannot be called as extension of dream.
