WORRY ELIMINATOR

Worry is a kind of negative thought. It can be eliminated or at least reduced by meditating its opposite positive thought frequently.This positive thought overlaps the negative thought and suppresses it in to the depths of subconscious mind, so that it will not come up again. Or a general sentence 'Day by day in every way I am getting better and better' can also be meditated as an alternate.
